His recent experience was as an Associate Vice President with Sutherland Global Services heading their Pre-Sales and Solution for Healthcare IT, prior experience was working with CSC and First Consulting Group, SPAN Systems Corporation, U.S (now EVRY India Pvt. Ltd) and Pertech Computers Limited.
Dr. Meena Raj, Consultant Paediatrician, has over 20 years of clinical experience with special interest in Paediatric Diabetes and Endocrinology. She acquired knowledge on healthcare management and has developed her interest in programme and project management by becoming PRINCE2 Foundation Certificate holder and acquiring skills on Cranfield Benefits Management Methodology. She understood the benefits of leveraging clinical information systems and digitising healthcare processes in the hospital.
She is the paediatric department clinical IT lead in configuring and deploying electronic prescription and medicine administration system for the hospital. She has gained knowledge on clinical safety and risk management standards by attending clinical safety e-learning programme provided by NHS Digital. She has obtained Master’s Degree in medical sciences from Keele University, United Kingdom.
Sanjeev has over 26 years of experience mainly in SaaS delivery, IT infrastructure, Cloud and Information Security domain. He served as Director of Cloud and System Implementation at RxLogix. Prior to RxLogix, he served in MindTree as Head of Cloud CoE. He also served at ArisGlobal as Director of SaaS platform. Sanjeev is experienced in and took care of IT operations in the Healthcare/Life Science domain. He has experience of setting up and running SaaS platforms, conducting assessments and migrating legacy applications to Cloud, managing Cloud CoE, and building Cloud Service portfolio.
In his 12+ years of experience in senior leadership positions, he has been responsible for managing trans-geo projects and support functions. His roles entailed Cloud Strategy, DC Operations, Information Security, System Integration and Solution design for core IT and Life Science & Health Care domain. He works with teams on ground and considers team motivation as the supreme goal of leadership duties.

He has spent all his career working on product engineering and testing in various domains spanning real-time embedded systems, automotive control systems, telecom switching, healthcare, financial services, education and retail. He has worked with early adopters in launching nascent products to market, and the largest one being the launch of Lorenzo with National Health Services (NHS), UK. He has built significant platforms ground up in the areas of analytics, interoperability, and consumerism.
In his 15+ years of experience in senior leadership positions, Vadeesh has been responsible for strategy planning, end-to-end operations and P&L. He has built globally competitive leadership teams, orchestrated strategic customer engagements and created significant value for stakeholders.
